My Best Friend (film)

My Best Friend Mon meilleur ami is a French film starring Daniel Auteuil, Dany Boon, and Julie Gayet.

The bet is accepted. Franois has ten days to find a friend. As Franois travels through Paris in a taxi, revisiting old acquaintances who all reject him, he meets a trivialoving taxi driver, Bruno Boon. As the two spend an increasing amount of time together, a friendship slowly starts to form. However, Franoiss desire to win the bet threatens to destroy the best friendship he has ever had. But in the end, Brunos appearance on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, thoughtfully and surreptitiously arranged by Franois, is a success, and brings the two together, as friends.In 2008, producer Brian Grazer hired Wes Anderson to write the script for an Englishlanguage remake of My Best Friend Anderson completed a draft for the script, with the film tentatively called The Rosenthaler Suite, in 2009. ........
